All roads lead to Fresno:
Jimmy Cerracchio’s journey to the Downtown Fresno Partnership
For years, Jimmy Cerracchio heard about the amazing things happening in Fresno. So when a position with the Downtown Fresno Partnership opened up, he took it as a sign he should relocate to the Central Valley. Cerracchio has plenty of experience working with other organizations, most recently as the executive director of the Downtown Hampton Development Partnership in Virginia. He’s also held positions in Tempe and Phoenix, Arizona, where he was born and raised.
In his second week as the President and CEO of the Partnership, he’s getting more comfortable in his new surroundings and is looking forward to getting started on projects that will better Downtown Fresno. This includes discussing partnerships with other local groups working towards the same goal: improvements for businesses.
Ahead of his first public event as the President and CEO of the Partnership, Cerracchio opened up about the challenges he thinks our community faces. He also shared with us his first impressions of the city, as well as his favorite Downtown eateries!
